This is just showing the accounts with the highest comment count per hour?
It is showing bot accounts that are set up to comment on a specific type of event.
Yes, it is by hour in the last day.
I tried to exclude bots along the way which I assume those that are active 24 hours.
Unfortunately, that seems to be new ones everyday.
