Because dessert goes so much quciker. I knew this would get devoured in my home. Great Focus for my first time in the competition. What better way to get healthy than have a bunch of fruit in the frig.

Ingredients

• Strawberries

• Raspberries

• Blueberries

• Sweet Cantaloupe

• Coconut Cream

• cinnamon and honey
  

• Simply put chopped fruit in a big bowl. Then drain liquid from cold coconut cream. Whip with honey and cinnamon to taste. Then toss the fruit in your sweet creamy dressing.
  

• Then let marinate for a couple days. Better after 2. Perfect by 4.
