Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 01 Round 06 : Batangas Buchi-Buchi
When I was a little girl, everytime my mother will go to the market, to buy some errands for the house,when she go home, she always bring us this buchi-buchi.
Honestly before I don't have any idea what is this food, all I know is I want the food because the filling is so tasty.
So let me share you one of our local food made up of sweet potato. :)
My ingredients :)
Sliced the sweet potato, since I don't have milling machine I just boiled it with sugar.
The dough with orange food coloring.
The mash sweet potato. I just put some in the dough and make it into bite size. Then I cooked it by deep frying.
