STEEMIT IRON CHEF 2018 Act 01 Round 11: Desserts of childhood ❤

Hi. My people from steemit. In this opportunity I bring you some recipes, for Easter week in Venezuela. These preparations remind me a lot, when I went to visit grandma's house and we finished playing. There was always our favorite dessert on the table and we devoured them. Sweet of Papaya.

Ingredients:

• 150 grams of papaya.
• 100 grams of sugar.
• 20 ml of water.

Preparation:

Once the papaya is peeled, cut it into small pieces, add water and sugar. Let it boil for 20 minutes.

Rice pudding.

Ingredients:

• 200 grams of rice.
• 50 ml. of water.
• 250 ml. of liquid milk.
• 150 grams of sugar.
• Cinnamon and spices to taste.

Preparation:

In a saucepan, boil the rice with the water. When it is boiling, add the milk, cinnamon and sugar, let it boil for 20 minutes without evaporating the milk.

Ready all the preparations, we proceed to taste.
