I love falafel so much! Yours look so crispy! I can feel the crunch between my teath and smell the aromas of them.
Thank you! They were nice and crispy, I think on the stove for a couple of moments and in the oven for a few really helped along with the flax I added, they held up nicely! Glad you liked them :)
