Rice dhal Patties is initially known as Kandi Nooka Billa Kudumulu/Thavilla Billa. This is exceptionally acclaimed true breakfast formula among telugu individuals of southern piece of India. In this Thavilla Billa, I don't use any spices just I use salt only. It is very different than others. Its outer layer is crispy and inner portion is very soft. Must try as ll of you.
It take long process and need patience also. But it is very delicious. My kids like a lot.
INGRIDIENTS :-
-Rice : 2 cups
-Toor dal :1 cup
- salt : as required
-water : as required
- oil : 5 table spoon
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1:-
For this recipe first we ready Nooka. For this take 2 cup of raw rice , wash them and make it completely drain, an let's get out of that rice.
After that adding 1 cup Toor dal to it, then grind it to course powder. Hear I give Pic, make them like this.
STEP 2:-
Take one heavy bottom pan, add 3 table of oil and heat this. For 1 cup Nooka we need 2 cup of water, this is measurement.
So add 2 cup of water to it and add required salt also.
And wait of until boiled the water.
STEP 3:-
After boiled, add Nooka to it and mix them well until all water will be evoparated. Don't put stove in low all will do in hight flam because hear we off boiling the Nooka.
Now we get like this. Now transfer this to a bowel.
STEP 4 :-
Cool the blend and squeeze into medium lemon estimate balls, level between palm if the blend turns out to be too hard utilize water to relax, as this will make patties even size.
STEP 5:-
Warmth the frying pan and oil. Place the readied patties and apply oil over the surface can put around 5-7 patties at any given moment on the frying pan relies upon the size you get ready. Cook secured on moderate medium fire for around 5 minutes,to change slight brilliant dark colored. Flip it over another side and do make a difference oil again,uncover and cook for 5 minutes till brilliant dark colored.
Be aware on flip over this Billa it is very deligate to handle so carefully flip other side.
Now transfer the serving plate.
All kids like this because hear I don't use any spices, it is very crunchy.

Thavilla Billa is ready to serve. Serve with onion chutney in heart. Onion chutney is best combination with this.
