Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act 1 Round 03: Pico de Gallo Venezolano en Flor de pepino
Hola amigos este esi aporte al ingredientes de la semana, es un pico de gallo en flor de pepino acompañado con arroz y albondigas gratinadas.
Para el pico de gallo en flor use los siguientes ingredientes:
*1 Tomate
*1 cebolla
- cilantro
*Un pepino entero
*Sal al gusto
*Vinagre de manzana
La preparación es muy sencilla, se pica en cuadros pequeños la cebolla y gran parte del pepino el cilantro se pica muy pequeño agregamos la sal y el vinagre de manzana y mezclamos; luego cortamos rodajas de pepino muy finas armamos la flor y colocamos el picadillo en el centro
Anímense su preparación es muy sencilla y pueden acompañarlo con lo que deseen
