Do you think mayo is somewhat polarizing? You love it or you hate it? I'm in the latter group. However, all those herbs and mustard, egg and onion will ALMOST make me forget that your potato salad has mayo. I think even with the mayo, I would love this dish. :) Great job @jeffjagoe :)

    I agree, mayo can be gross to some people and then I knew a kid that would spread Mayo across his pizza... but I think I’m in the middle, I like mayo as just a friend. Thanks for your kind words :)
