Hope you like it :-) and it's been such a relief finding beetroot- I never thought I'd be so happy to see this root!
Turns out my comment was further down @progressivechef! I didn't realise there was some sort of pattern or order to these comments and even now I think I haven't worked it out! Please bear with my inadequacies to operate any form of technology!
