Cookies "Roses"

Ingredients:

For the test, you will need:
yolks from three chicken eggs;
200 ml of sour cream;
200 g of butter / margarine;
a pinch of salt,
300-350 g of flour.

For filling:
proteins from three chicken eggs
sugar - 0.5 cups or 1 glass of sugar
vanillin to taste

  • Everything is simple here! I separate the yolks from the proteins, mix them with salt. I add sour cream and melted butter. I stir and stir with flour once more. Dough rolled into a ball, wrapped in a food film and placed in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
  • After a while, I warm up the oven and cook the stuffing. The stuffing will be served with the put off whipped whipped with sugar in a thick foam. Well, there's nothing too difficult: mix the whites with a mixer in a lush foam, gradually introduce sugar, add vanillin and continue to beat for another 5-7 minutes to get a thick mass.

  • Dough is divided into two parts, so it is more convenient to work. Each part is thinly rolled into a layer and over I put a protein filling. Gently fold into a thin roll, the excess fillings simply remove the spatula.
    Roll cut into "pentacles". I make it with a sharp knife in one quick motion. Once, and cut it off so that the filling is not collected later on the entire table. I'm unfolding and adjusting already on the baking sheet
  • I bake 20-25 min at t 200 C.
