STEEMIT IRON CHEF 2018 Act 02 Round 08 Miniature Scallop Sandwich.

This week's theme was to prepare small sandwiches. And I decided to prepare a delicious sandwich with some delicious scallops. I love this delicious sea fruit and decided to incorporate them into this tasty sandwich.

INGREDIENTS
- Scallops
- White bread
- Onion
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Coriander
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Salt

Cut all the vegetables.

Cook the scallops with onion and coriander.
