Hazelnut Nutella and purple ice cream desert
I'm not perfect especially in the kitchen, I don't follow recipes because I'm likely to get it wrong probably because I'm dyslexic🙃 and there is a disconnect between reading👀 and doing something with my🖖 hands.... I just follow my inspiration and whatever is in the kitchen.
I got these new moulds the other day, I wanted to make a hazelnut🌰 'nutella' top with purple nice cream base...💜
When I made the hazelnut spread with carob 🍫and coconut oil it tasted insanely good but was quite thick and didn't pour into my mould I tried to blend it with a bit more coconut oil but it didn't quite work out the way I imagined🤔
Anyway in the freezer it went and when it came to photography time the maqui ice cream base was melting fast but the top was still firm and defrosting, 🍦🍦🍦difficult and not the best situation for the perfect pictures..... Its not perfect but it tasted soooo good and thats what matters🍩😋
Perfection comes in all shapes and sizes not just the physical appearance but most importantly the qualities that are unseen 👀🔮
