Once again another great secret ingredient for the week " celery". To be honest I rarely eat celery, however I do know what celery taste like. Based on my knowledge about food, I know that celery can be eaten raw, stir fried, or most common ingredient used in broth making. They are usually paired with leeks and carrots in Italian and France cuisine. With that knowledge in mind, I have used that info as an inspiration to my dish.

I present to you : celery 3 ways

Shaved celery as substitute for pasta, it was stir fried to make it a little more soft

Celery cream : cream, celery, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, butter

Celery seafood consume jelly: prawn, onion, celery, bay leaf, mussels, egg white, gelatine

Blanched and sauté carrots: carrot, salt, butter

Fried shallots: salt, shallots

Lastly, garlic flavoured,celery leaf: garlic oil, celery leaf
