Tomatoes! One of those ingredients you can always depend on for giving an extra taste to your dishes.
Funny enough, I don't like fresh tomatoes but I LOVE cooking with tomato, fresh, puree, and even sun dried tomatoes. They are a MUST have for all chefs.
I wish you all the best for the contest.
PS: Those dishes looks absolutely yummy!
