I wanted to share with you all my favorite Easter tradition food Afang soup with my family! It's a dish that's been passed down through generations, and every year, we gather around the table to enjoy this delicious meal together, Afang soup is traditional food of ibibio people, and it's often prepared food of the ibibio people, and it's often prepared during celebrations like Easter and other occasions.

Preparation method
To prepare Afang soup, we start by washing and drying the Afang leaves, then slicing and pounding them with a mortar and pestle. We also wash and slice the water leaf, and pepper our meat, fish. The ingredients include pepper, Maggi, oil, salt, oil, stock fish, and crayfish. We steam the mixture with water, and then include the water leaf, covering the pot for 3-5 minutes. Finally, we add the Afang leaves and adjust the seasoning to taste.

The aroma of the soup simmering on the gas cooker is always a signal that it's time to gather around the table and share stories. For my family, Afang soup is more than just a meal, it's a way to connect with our heritage and cultural traditions. We take turns preparing the soup, and each person adds their own special touch to the recipe. It's time for us to bond and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Sadly, I don't have any pictures of the meal, but I hope my description has sparked your interest in trying Afang soup! I'd love to hear about your favorite family recipes and traditions.
