Having an additional user reputation score, instead of only a post/content reputation metric, is interesting.

Wouldn't it not be equal if everyone doesn't get the same amount? Maybe reword that.

Hmm... You're right. The wording is a little off there, @krnel - it's more like everyone would be on the same metric. Earnings would obviously be different.
