Post Request List / Internal post market with potential SBD or Steem burn
Idea for an internal Post Request List
I would like to be able to request a post about a certain subject (or a photograph or a piece of art, anything really) from the Steemit community. Rather than make the request by way of my own blog, which has limited visibility, i'd like the request to appear in a list that can be perused by all Steemians.
The request can be voted upon to gauge popularity and perhaps give the best content producers the chance to ascertain how much time is worth spending on it.
Once a Steemian decides that they would like to have a go at producing the content, they would mark the request so that other Steemians can decide if they would like to compete or not.
Once all the Steemians who have accepted a particular request have submitted their post, the Post Request would be closed.
I'm not sure if it would matter if there were similar Post Requests in the list but anything that reduced duplication would be good. Post Requests that received no additional votes or acceptances after a period of time could be hidden from the active list.
I think there is an opportunity here to increase the volume of posts that have relevance and quality for Steemians and to help content producers understand what kind of content is in demand.
Perhaps there are ways to create some interesting incentives and rewards? Maybe someone who wants to make a Post Request must pay/burn 10 SBD or Similar in Steem. Maybe only Steemians with over 60 Rep or over 10K SP can make Post Requests?

This would be huge!!! Any luck getting this going?
Other than tagging steemit-ideas, I'm not sure how an idea like this reaches the dev team or gathers wider community support. My problem is that I'm not very good at using multiple channels....just don't have the time. I hope someone picks it up because it could add burning Steem or SD amongst other things.
I think some things are inevitable like a classifieds section. Steemit will most likely try to mimic facebook as much as possible in regards to features. There is a classifieds on there so maybe in time it will be added. In the mean time if you really do need something done like art, putting a detailed request with the art tag would possible get you someone willing to do it.
