Also, does anyone know where to find a list of ALL tags used and an explanation of thier usage for different steemit initiatives? Has to be a way to get that data. #steemdev #steemit #tags #community

very weird... I have seen it on a few peoples posts. I know that there was a bug last year but this was recent.
