Can't login to Steemit anymore. Error message: ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE

Hi.

Since yesterday, I can't login to Steemit anymore. Here an excerpt from the console log:

Does anyone know what's may be causing this? I was suddenly thrown out from my account yesterday, and when I tried to log in this is what happens.

    The most likely reason I can think of is that Steemit somehow got an invalid certificate in the authentication functionality.
    On the other hand, that would cause everyone to fail to log in, so they would have noticed and fixed it by now. Strange.

    Seems like my router for some reason had started blocking traffic to one of the IP's used when authenticating users. A router restart got things up and running again.
