one or the other will be sufficent imo as both have all 22 amino acids .
lemon ginger blast : 1 lemon 2 apples hand full of spinach or kale thumb of ginger root 2 carrots and two sticks of celery , thats a typical morning juice for me :) sometimes beats, sometimes tumeric root
