To try a little harder!!
Take my monthly hot bath to relax the body.
can i ask why monthly? is there a danger to doing the hot bath more frequently? :/ - i do quite frequently so just wondering if i should be worried lol
I have worked the hard way for 33 years and have lived physically healthy. I always have a hot bath especially on a strenuous day. Most of the time I have it in the morning and at night if I had a verys trenuous day I would make sure I have rested for hours before having a hot bath because if I don't ( I have experienced it), I will have cramp in my legs. So, I tried to avoid that and it worked.
lol, usually shower daily @ the beach...
Go to the gym tonight
To get through the night, my daughters pet rat died :(
To start making TO DO lists
Go to bed on time!
Today I will mostly be out walking
Get as much work done as possible
To work harder and i did and will keep doing
Go for a walk and bring my camera!
