For that nice spring torrential rain :)
I'm thankful for delicious coffee.
I'm thankful that today is "world health day" with the focus this year being "depression" and that I did something today to help my social and emotional health (went out for coffee with a friend)!
As I look at my grandmother's hands, I am so very thankful and grateful to be holding and comforting these hands, they are the ones that have been holding and comforting my hands as I walked through life :) while it is my turn to hold hers, she is still the one holding mine.
