Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahun dan teknologi didunia kedokteran, perubahan-perubahan tentang ini terus terjadi, seperti perlu mengurangi makanan seperti daging, mentega, dan produk lainnya, semua tersebut perlu dikurangi meskipun bukan karena kolesterolnya tetapi karena lemak jenuhnya. Karena meningkatnya kolesterol dalam darah bukan karena kolesterol yang ada didalam makanan, melainkan lemak jenuh.

Then do we have to get rid of fat from our daily diet? The answer is NO, the human body still needs fat because Vitamins A, D, E and K that we really need can only be absorbed if soluble in fat.

Lalu apakah kita harus menyingkirkan lemak dari menu makanan kita sehari-hari? jawabnnya tetap TIDAK, tubuh manusia tetap memerlukan lemak karena Vitamin A, D, E dan K yang sangat kita butuhkan hanya dapat diserap jika larut didalam lemak.
