Mountain bike in the morning - Bicicleta de montaña por la mañana
Hi Steemit friends, hola amigos de Steemit.
This very early morning that it was not very hot, I have gone out with the mountain bike and I have made a route of almost 35 km in almost 2 hours. Now in summer it is impossible to run or to go with bike later. Later I will go to the gym to finish the training of the weekend.
Aprovechando que temprano no hace mucho calor he salido con la bicicleta de montaña y me he hecho una ruta de casi 35 km en casi 2 horas. Ahora en verano es imposible salir más tarde. En un rato me iré al gimnasio a acabar el entrenamiento del fin de semana.
