10 tips on HOW TO SLEEP BETTER and BUILD MORE MUSCLE!

(OMG hes so huge maybe he sleep alot. haha!)


So here's the top 10 tips on how to get better sleep and to get more muscle!

(follow all this steps and you'll look like arnold schwarzenegger in no time!)

  1. SHUT OFF all internet, phones, ipads an hour before bedtime.

  2. Eat a meal with carbs from veggies before bed. This helps your brain relax. Combine it with protein and fat for a "real meal".

  3. Drink herbal tea with chamomile. Add stevia for sweetness.

  4. Think happy calming thoughts and if you have a to do list, write it down and then drop it from your mind.

  5. Avoid talking or communicating with people who upset you. Avoid ANY contact with those who purposely want you to worry.

  6. Put the A/C on 65 degrees Fahrenheit or open the windows if it's cold outside.

  7. If you're sensitive to stimulants, avoid taking it 5 hours before bed time.

  8. Do NOT go to bed hungry. It keeps you UP.

  9. If you struggle falling asleep, record a mantra for yourself and listen to it. I use 'I sleep like a stone'. YOU become what you TELL yourself.

  10. Supplements for better sleep: GABA, KAVA, 5-htp, Melatonin, ZMA, Magnesium, Lemon Balm, holy bazil.
