What you said is the only ultimate key to success on steemit. As you know, with each passing day, thousands of users are joining this platform daily and obviously, all are not authors. Unlike facebook where people only comment or share if they found th post useful, most of the newbies here are just in greed of earning curation rewards or so. If you see comments on any trending post, there would a hundreds of rubbish comments, "nice post", "good post", "I upvoted you, you upvote me" etc. etc. and similarly one in hundred posts tend to be a good one, if you go to "new" tab. Most don't bother to read the post before placing comment or skipping it.
What would be the future of steemit if everything goes like this.
