You are absolutely right. I keep trying to figure out a way to build up those who are creating quality content but haven't managed to build a rock solid audience yet. I think we lose many quality posters because they are getting lost amidst the loads of trash that gets posted every hour.
Perhaps its more about consistency in posting until you develop quality content.
