Be a Good Example!
Good day fellows!
It is nice to be back after three days of being silent in this platform.
Let me share to you an inspiring and at the same time an awakening message to all of us fellow steemians. This post of mine is all about the job which I am destined to - TEACHING.
In the book of 1Timothy 4:12 NKJV, Apostle Paul said that we should be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith and in purity.
*Teachers serve as powerful examples to their students. Wise teachers understand that wgile words often fall upon closed ears, actions do not. And godly teachers behave accordingly.
- When we talk about teachers - it is divided into two classification, the godly and ungodly. Yet, as a teacher I must consider a lot of things to be called a godly teacher outside and inside.
But how can I set my self as a good example to my students?
In my perspectives, the following are my answers:
- Live what you teach.
- Teach what you live.
- Teach as what God intended you to be.
- Teach to bless others.
- Teach to influence others in a good way.
- Teach to inspire.
- Teach to change lives to make this world a better place to live with.
There are still a lot of ways on how to become a good example to my students.
