MINNOWS BASIC ESSENTIAL TAGGING SKILLS

This post is for minnows alike, be you are from Africa or anywhere in the world, tagging/to tag your post basic skills.
First let us analyse the various meaning of "tag". Tag according to wikipedia: is a label attached to someone or something for the purpose of identification or to give other information.
Tag can also be defined as a small piece or part that is attached to a main body.
Tag is to add to something, especially as an after thought or with no real connection. As defined by

How does steemit use the word tag and how important is it, to the success of minnows post, what are the implication of tagging your post incorrectly.
Since steemit platform is self-regulating (i.e) it detects automatically and flushes out irrelevancies found in its system, so its essential, that minnows tag their post correctly.
You dont want to be flagged by a moderator/whale and get your reputation reduced.
Since tagging is vital to the success of your post, then tagging your post correctly brings you a lot of comments and upvote, it allows steemit library easy categorization and easy access, even for people in your geographical location, this aid the number of upvote or comment you get per post.

Tagging correctly with the basic skills is also a way of measuring your consistency on steemit, if you are someone who likes to write about education or say Nature, you will be easily identified by the platform and steemians as a writer under #steemit-education and or nature, in the feeds your post come up often, though your reputation plays an important role in that but tagging correctly using the basic skills can give you an edge over someone with an high reputation, because even someone with high reputation may sometimes deliver a low level material/post and still get a good number of upvote and comments, that is because they have already master the act of tagging effectively.
The rule of tagging effectively using basic tagging skills follows that:

1. You tag first, the type of categories you want your material/post to be stored in by steemit, you do photography and yet you tag it education, that is tagging error, you might get flagged by the moderator, remember you cant change your first tag, it stays there for ever.
2. The next tag to input is the content that your post is carrying, then you can add your geographical location, so that people in your geographical location can locate your post easily in their feeds.
3. The next one is the tagging of communities affiliated with steemit, for instance steemgiggs channels on discord, i have gotten many upvote from there, i mean the @steemgiggs community on discord, its usual for my third post to carry community tag which is #steemit-untalented.
4. Sometimes its good to tag someone you look up to, normally that someone should be someone you look up to for inspiration, and someone you really resopect a lot, my personal people are @artaddict, @nairadaddy and @surpassinggoogle.
   These three people are the source of my inspiration, whenever am faced with the decision of tagging where i have to choose atleast two out of the three its always difficult to leave any of them out, because these are thepeople i dont want for them to miss out on any of my post.
5. Lastly you will have to tag your continent, say Africa so that when people in africa see your post in their feeds they can upvote and comment on it first.
