Introduceyourself Tag Spammers - Top 50 in 7 Days List
The Problem
Over the last week myself and @edje have been trying to figure out how to address various abuses infecting the Steemit platform.
This morning I noticed that the 'Introduceyourself' tag is full of posts that have nothing to do with introductions and are by chronic tag spammers.
I had a chat with @donchate who queried @furion's SteemData to extract the top abusers.

The Solution
When I used to run my message board communities, if anyone had shit to say to me I've always said "rethink your position and we'll talk tomorrow".
Earlier today I commented on @jihadbubba's post with the following 'etiquette-inspiring' image:

Since responding to my comment, he has stopped using the Introduceyourself tag in his posts.
We will therefore go through our top 50 list and comment in at least one offending post with the goal of getting the users to correct their behaviors.
If anyone wants to join our anti-abuse project, talk to @edje.
I'm going through a lost of #science tag spammers. Interestingly, many of the top #science tag users, are abusing Steemit in other ways (as well), such like super high frequent posters of 3rd party content without source mentioning, and some of them seem to plagiaris but take (a bit of) time to not be detected by @cheetah and off board plagiarism detectors. So far left comments at 12 of the 15 top users of the 'science' tag with a similar statement as @guiltyparties did for the #introduceyourself tag with mentioning of the type of abuse seen in the users posts. When gone through all top 50 accounts, I'll report back to the community with a post.
