Well, the rules said that he was going to be the CEO... it said nothing about that being permanent. :)

Maybe when officers are confirmed, we should audit rules also. If we want serious and legit project it will be good to have all set by law. At least I would expect so. Especially from someone who claim that it's a lawyer.
