TIPS ON HOW TO BE A SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR-part1

Good morning wonderful Steemians! Recently, I discovered that most businesses that collapse is 80% human factor, the remaining is just caused by other reasons.

This prompted me take my time to give us few business tips that can make our existing business boom and for starters to learn not to fail. Enjoy!

PLANNING
This is the most important aspect of entrepreneurship.
'He who fail to plan, has actually planned to fail'.
Planning entails every single details of the activities to be carried out during the operation to be broken down into different segments, each one given enough attention.

BRANDING
What makes your brand or products different from other similar products is called branding. This is just a way of distinguishing your products and making it unique. I can remember in those days here in Nigeria. All the brands of toothpaste are MacLean, all noodles are Indomie. Apart from being early products, their brands are unique.
I have a friend who runs laundry outfit. He replaces trousers zips and buttons of any kind free of charge apart from washing your cloth, making it lovely. Think about that!

ADVERTISEMENT
As simple as advertisement might look, it's one of the bedrock of a good business to succeed. I always ask myself, why is DSTV advertising DSTV, while watching TV?. Perhaps, a visitor who needs to be reminded of how good they are might consider getting one. Thank God for social media, you can actually advertise your product for FREE!

CONSISTENCY
Many businesses collapse because you'll see them today, tomorrow they won't show up, due to some flimsy reasons.
"Consistency is the soul of a good business"

Always have succession plans. Have you ever considered businesses that stood the test of time? They've been here generations to generations, it's because even in bas times they didn't pack up.
No matter what, never give up on your business. You can change your mode of operations, but don't quit, even if the gains are not coming in.
