Burst is an open-source decentralized platform.Burst Coin is also mineable but guess what? you can mine it with your hard drive.it is not that profitable but it is alot better than wasting your electricity using high power cards.Burst coin Transactions are free of fees.It's current price is almost 0.004$.Almost 338,522 terrabyte is currently mining burst.

Is it sia coin a hard drive minable coin too? Or is it a cloud storage protocol?
No both are based on hard drive mining but with different algos and sia is a bit different i belive it's like storj :)
