Shape up is really interesting way to make our health more better where exercising while having fun gives us a motivation to workout frequently and have a better result.

Punch out asteroids, lift an elephant, or squat your way to the moon; your heart will be pumping and your muscles will be burning, but you'll have fun.
- Face Off Against Others:

This is a fun twist on working out. I definitely think that this would keeps thing more interesting at the gym and motivate me to push myself harder in hopes of out competing my friends, this was really a brilliant idea. Great find!
