I am at the age when someone must start to seek new hobbies to keep the brain more active.
Even though music is not a new hobby for me, I am fond of listening good music and understand it and its technicalities to some extent but never tried to create something.
Now as I said, I am trying new things and I think Cubase would be the perfect starting point for me. It has some very cool features and very interesting method.
This is one of my favorite music programs. Although I can not use it very professionally, I can handle many tasks related to sound and music by using this program. At first, its interface looks a bit confused, but you get used to it and it makes an incredible excitement for making music. The only problem is that after seeing what you can do in the program, you realize that many musicians are not really good at all. :D
I like the Cubase app.

I remember my brother used this program when he was studying Music Production and that was about 12 years ago so this program is still a great selection for music production.

Cubase is one the admirals on music creation tools, importing thing for music making is the vsts other than that protools cubase fruity-loops all doing the same thing with different interfaces, it just matter of taste at that point.
