I've spent a bit of time trying to work out if RoomAgree or DadAgree is using blockchain technology or have a token, and I don't think they do, but the service seems very blockchainy.
Basically, anyone with a space, apartment, room or house they want to rent out, can set up a cloud-based contract, that is accessed by the landlords, tenants, guarantors, referees, property managers and service providers - which means they really smash that 'single source of truth' scenario when it comes to renting.
RoomAgree is working on ways to reward users for property management issues, so if a tenant raises an issue with a leaky tap, the property manager and plumber get rewarded for fixing it quickly.
I've been both a tenant and a landlord, and they're both fine until something goes wrong, then they're a nightmare... a platform like this could really streamline a lot of the frustrations.
If this takes off, it could make reference checks so easy... you just look at a tenant/landlords history.

@urbangladiator Excellent find. very good provision, especially for small businesses that want to auquilar and have a good coverage and in turn a security for the tenant, without a doubt will have many hirings

Thanks for your comment @jlufer! I've had a lot of dealing with Real Estate agents and this platform might even make it easy enough to go direct. 'Auquilar' means 'rent' yeah? Love it, so international!
It is also ideal to reduce costs, real estate agents are very expensive and often do not correctly fulfill the role they must fulfill, at least here in Argentina

Nice product for the host and tenant. If yhey have any problem in house they just using this product. No need to talking with the people and wait them. With Roomagree evrybody work be easy. Exeland hunt.

Roomagree is for the people ıf they rent to Room, house, shop etc they use cloud-based contect. It is easy for the use and very helpful to everybody. If you ovner of house and shop this product is very good for you.
Thanks @azazyel! Thank you for your comment! It really could be applied to everyone! I think it's a good product for everyone involved. As a renter I've often had to try and find the documentation a year or two after we signed the lease.
This is really cool and helpful. If you want to rent an apartment too, this would be really helpful to you in getting a good place.
