This is an automation resource management tool for Eos dapps. Their major uses are to analyse and determine certain dapp accounts and provide them with RAM, CPU and NET before they run out of resources while performing certain txns. With this tool, a dapp owner on the EOS blockchain does not need to bother about resource management for his dapp users especially for the signup operation.
