Multiple tasks, daily routines, strenuous exercises and several mental challenging tasks we do daily, neglecting mental health. Mental health is least considered and mostly ignored by a large number of people until they become indisposed before they sort for remedies. Mental health is the most important and now, VR provides a way to access the state of health and all therapy needed for better health. A really vital hunt.
