    Pros:

    • It can help provide customer services
    • There are some templates that make us easy to use
    • Do not need to know programming to create a chat bot

        Nice Hunt!

        Pros:

        • great way for small businesses or projects to still give their customers a feeling they are there for them even in support downtimes
        • easy to use with a nice design

        Cons:

        • Saw nestle in their "they work with us"-list ✊

          Pros:

          • With Clustaar anyone can create a bot, even if he/she has no programming skills.
          • Bot can be modified with time as per requirement.
          • With the bot, you've the ability to respond to more customers in less time.
          • Integration to any workspace and any messaging platform. Skype for Business, twilio, zapier, slack etc etc.

          Cons:

          • Clustaar's API monitoring.
