You only look once (YOLO) is a state-of-the-art, real-time object detection system. On a Pascal Titan X it processes images at 30 FPS and has a mAP of 57.9% on COCO test-dev.
kinda crazy how fast this is, and this is using off the shelf hardware, you could certainly build one hell of a detection system using this with training and some 4k/8k cameras eh? the era of personal monitoring systems is evolving at pace!

Nice hunt! This is a great tool for real-time object detection that will be useful for drone and Traffic Cameras to detect over speed and for drone it will be useful to detect the object to change its direction nice find
WoW look pretty cool & new object detection algorithm for real time videos and i really like it coz we can feed this thing in AVI, MOV or in any kind of MP4 file & with this we also able to detect in real time what objects are where amazing. Awesome Find
