. .. when it comes to bringing products to market when they know how big that market is gonna be. especially when they understand that a bunch of people are travelling light but need that extra GPU power to play their fav games when they get back home or to the hotel room -- now with the newer version of the razer core they can do that and for a lot cheaper! :)

the new version has a 650 watt power supply so it's got enough grunt for any card that you throw into it, this is the perfect port of call for people wanting to improve their framerates on fortnite, an obvious game to promote at the moment seeing as they are throwing $100 million to e-sports over the coming year.

That keyboard is so awesome. I think we need to send one of those to Jonny Ive. He may limit it to the 5 original iMac colors only tho. :/
@fknmayhem hahhah! it's not a keyboard, it's an external gpu case for a graphics card for like laptops and stuff! :)

@kofibeatz yeah it's pretty kickass and the price of $299 is crazy cheap, throw in a decent graphics card and you are good to go!

yeah, i'm certainly interested especially in that pricing point.
So, it's basically a portable external graphics card slot. you have to insert a graphics card into it for it to work or does it come with the graphics card? I'm a bit confused.
so some people (myself included) can't upgrade the graphics card OR you have a thin laptop but again the graphics card is bad. as long as you have thunderbolt 3 (usb3.1) on these machines you can connect an external GOOD graphics card -- so something like a gtx 1050/60/70/80ti -- much better faster graphics cards.. you have to pick your graphics card you can afford and put it in the case.
Cool!!! portabilitywise very handy, but for the price of the graphics card and the Razor Core X, I guess we could buy a new PC. ;)
@tshering-tamang yeah but not everyone wants a desktop/home pc -- i travel so i want something at either base i can plug into... trust me, they will sell ALOT of these ;)
Ok, I trust you. :P But, I have to say, the idea of connecting graphics card to a laptop to enhance performance is Awesome!
right? yeah it's such a smart idea. you need a certain kind of connector so it can't be computer over say 4/5 years old but still can breath new life into a machine and allow you to game or render graphics faster etc.
