i just came across this today and i had never heard of it before but it looks like it wants to get in on the local bitcoin action while lowering the fees, kyc requirements and also offering the ability to trade litecoin as well -- what interested me too was that it seems pretty well built out with a testnet for playing and getting used to the platform as well as screencasts to help you use the site.

anybody tried this out yet? i know that there is certainly a demand for decentralized platforms that allow you to move your crypto funds around without kyc for sure!

This is a really solid project despite higher fees. any of the decisions like 0 confirmation trades with trusted traders seem like a good common sense approach which is a valuable part of the free market. I really hope this gets ahead of Local Bitcoins. Hodlhodl supports five languages but the available list of coins is very limited and the liquidity doesn't seem anywhere big at all.
But on the bright side you are guaranteed to have your funds safe from hacks. The experience isn't the smoothest. But you could end up paying for the convenience of Exchanges like Binance in other ways. Lack of KYC/AML and per-contract chatrooms are really a great way to capture a good niche. Ultimately it boils down to liquidity IMHO.
Well it is always nice to see new P2P exchanges poping out. Since the main exchanges are acting in pretty central way. It is not quite in a line with all the crypto decentralization thing :)
