Papa is a startup in Florida that allows seniors to get assistance and company from college students.

The idea was born from its founder Andrew Parker, who had a diagnosed grandfather with Alzheimer's who his grandmother was unable to care for, and to solve this personal need, he requested the services of a student, making him think that such a service was possible. At the same time, it solved something that was not covered in the home care sector.

Papa works in three easy steps:

• Creating a free consultation detailing the problems to be addressed.

• Requesting a Papa Pal, through the use of the app.

• Papa Pal arrives home, to follow the schedule in which you requested help.

In order for a student to become a Papa Pal, he or she will have to go through a series of interviews where various aspects will be judged in order to maintain a quality standard.
