Thanks for your hunt but Moodle has been hunted already.
When you look at the price chart for moodle, you will notice that that is the same product as the self-hosted version you hunted. As such this is a duplicate listing.
PS: I usually refuse to review hunts which have blatant typos in the product name. Because this hunt needed be delisted anyway, I reviewed it nevertheless, without asking to first fix sloppiness in the product name.

I'm not sure how it is in other countries but in Austria Moodle is used widely in the education sector. Especially if it is a small school or something similar without the resources for having their own platform this makes really sense. I loved the way Moodle worked and this is definitely the new way for communication between teacher and student!
