For many hearing inspired people, having a full music experience remains elusive. An innovative wearable called the SOUND SHIRT is out of the change that. The innovative wearable was tested out during a Junge Symphoniker Hamburg concert. Sounds are converted into nuanced vibrations, and it happens in real time. A total of 16 micro-actuators embedded throughout the comfortable fabric offer haptic feedback. Captures sounds travel through audio-capture mics and a multi-channel audio interface before being transmitted.

WOW! This is by far one of the most noble products I have come across today! They do say music is food to the soul and it's very noble of the person/org behind this project to think of deaf ppl. Best hunt today for me!

Finally, technology can break the bridge between disabilities. I will include this hunt to my top daily list hunt in my blog. This is really cool, unique, and useful. Give the spirit again to the deaf people.

This is unique and this is a superb idea!
It's an attempt to provide a sense organ to the one who is deprived of it without any surgery. It will probably also help in fine-tuning the sense of touch of deaf as well as all people.
I'm not deaf but would love to wear this sound shirt ...listening music in silence. What an experience it would be!
This is amazing. Technology is really overcoming the physical disabilities of people. I cant wait for the next 10 years to unfold.
It's a new technology. The music moves to the shirt and generates light, which is interesting. It would be nice to try in the dark. I think it would be good for a performance, it would be good to show people something new.
Sound shirt is great innovation for deaf people. It is cool. I hope this shirt is not expensive so all deaf people can buy it.
