We don't know what the witnesses are doing with the steam. This is a tool developed by @drakos, which provides a simple view of witness activity.
Let's look at the key features of the site.
Red Line
The witnesses with the red line are the ones whose nodes are disabled. The witness node is either faulty or turned off and does not create blocks and is not being compensated.
Missed Blocks
The block creation failed. The larger this value, the more often you missed creating the block. If you miss the block creation, your team's service can be disabled.
Block Age
The time since the last block was created. The longer this time, the longer the witness node is stopped. The main witnesses have a short time, but the sub witnesses have a long time because they do not often have the opportunity to maintain a node.
Regular users of the team may not be curious about what servers they use, what activities they do. However, since witnesses are in charge of the important work of the team, I recommend that you see how the witnesses are doing at least once.
