Do you find yourself paying exorbitant fee for your electricity bill and don't seem to understand or detect that appliance that is consuming much of your power. I present you with power meter known as Kill A Watt; a meter that can help you reduce your electric bill expenses and also helps to discover that appliance that is worth keeping.
All you simply need to do is to plug your appliance to this meter and it will tell you the amount of energy in kilowatt-hour it is consuming. Also on it, is a large LCD Display that indicates the quality of power measured; for instance the line voltage, current, frequency and more.

What a wonderful way to monitor what each of our appliances use in electricity. Great find
It makes a super easy way to control all electrical devices for less consuming electricity because saving energy is the most efficient way. It's better to use at home for taking good control.
Absolutly i support all these kind of gadgets that helping people to save on they eletricity bills.
Some people are not licky to have solar or wind power because maybe they live in a condo flat and they have also a chance with these products to save even if just the small amount but still save.
Example i also had a similar product before in my shop and it was working very well.

For sure, am looking for all possible ways to cut some cost when it comes to electricity. In my country here, we have been begging for postpaid meter but they seems not to be given attention to that. They know with the current way we are running now, they will be able to give us any bill they feel is right. We have been paying high bills here but for sure, i know with this such gadget, we will be able to cut that cost and places the government where they belong. Thanks for this great hunt, how i wish i can get it now.
This is one of those products everyone shall have. Or maybe better; One in our street and we can all lend it, rotate it around, maybe a few days per door. This will not only make us aware of our energy consumption, some of us will actually make adjustments to our energy consumption, and at the same time we relieve the environment by needing less of this units when only buying one for our street; Wondering about the economy though? hmmm
I think that is a very good idea
Being thrifty in using up electricity in your house is really great because in our country, we overexert in using electricity like using laptops, PC, watching television, and etc. and as a result it would increase one's electricity bills. This "kill a watt meter' is the efficient way to use to save the electricity.
When I had my seminar about power consumption and billing, the lecturer presented the possible danger of using electric "suppressant" like this. He mentioned that using this types of gadget can destroy our appliances because it restricts the right amount of current that should be supplied to the appliance. So I hope these types of devices would be improved and this one may serve its purpose without damaging the appliance.

@macoolette This device is no suppressant buddy. It just like plugging your appliance to the wall socket but instead you connect to a multi plug which has an internal circuitry that helps to monitor your energy usage. No suppressing involve
That is great then if it does not suppress the supply of electricity. This is indeed what we need.
I have planed to buy one of these for ages, but didn't happen. Not promising but I think I will do it very soon. It is a great thing to have control over your consumption. This one having those indicator on the quality is a great pro. Hope the price is right :)
Now I like the idea behind this one for sure. Nice to know and be able to check the energy consumption of different things in the home. Hell, we all feel like were being ripped off by the electric monopoly................
