Great to see an app that helps point out high protein plant based foods as many people believe animals are the source..... just not true. Let's also not forget that the human body doesn't need protein at all but rather the amino acids found within them. Protein is actually harmful to the body by damaging the kidneys via acidity.............

This is very much true that excess of protein based foods damage the kidneys and make you the victim of proteinurea as well. It is generally for the classification of the various food items to take the balanced food overall. Thank you so much for the informative comment @stillwater :)
