Thanks for the info free softwares such as this are hard to find.
I paid $37 for it a couple of years ago, and it has definitely been worth its money. I was surprised to see they were giving away a newer version for free...

Looks like a fabulous app! And another reason why I walked away from 17 years of graphic design when I did... it is a dying industry because with apps like this at peoples disposal - the need for skilled individuals is diminishing rapidly.
I can imagine it is hard to compete when there are tools like this.
I've been using this for many years - I got some extra features because I have the paid version - and I still think it's one of the most useful tools I have. I only just found out they were giving the basic software away for free. (I jusy got myself the newer version with a lot of extensions for only 7 bucks here (not an affiliate link)

Looks great. My goto free app is Gimp but this may be good for certain applications.
Never used Gimp. Always had access to Fireworks, but that stopped working.
Fireworks and The Logo Creator was an awesome combination.
For now I depend on only The Logo Creator and BeFunky, because I'm having trouble finding another editor. After 15 years I was so used to Fireworks, I hate the idea of having to figure out a software from scratch again.
Meanwhile, I purchased some more additional packs for The Logo Creator. I'm sure that will bring me a long way ...
