I have seen many people inserting their mobile phones into their helmet ( so that it fits tightly) and speak while driving. This will provide comfort compared to that. However, I am against speaking in phone while driving, not only in bikes, but also in car. Because definitely it causes some sort of disruption, and it can potentially cause accidents, not only hurting us, but other innocent people on road.
